Service Delivery Policy

At Nan Solutions, we aim to provide a fast and seamless insurance experience for all our clients.

Policy and Covernote Activation

Once payment is successfully made, Nan Solutions will generate the insurance policy in the system.
The covernote will become active immediately, and we will proceed to activate the road tax
accordingly.

DIGITAL ROADTAX

Customers who choose the digital option will receive their digital covernote and roadtax via
email or WhatsApp.
No hardcopy of the covernote or roadtax will be delivered or posted.

DIGITAL & PHYSICAL ROADTAX / COVERNOTE

Customers who select the physical option will receive both digital and physical copies of the
covernote and roadtax.
Physical documents will be posted within 3 working days after activation.
