Nan Solutions provides services related to insurance & takaful, including but not limited to:
• Consultation on insurance & takaful claims
• Claims documentation management
• Assistance in communication with insurance & takaful companies
• Advisory services based on clients’ insurance & takaful policies

3. User Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. By using our services, you confirm that all
the information provided is accurate and truthful.

4. Customer Responsibilities
• Customers are responsible for providing accurate, truthful, and up-to-date information
to Nan Solutions.
• Nan Solutions is not responsible for any delays, rejections, or disputes arising from
incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.
• Customers must ensure that all required documents are submitted within the specified
timeframe.

5. Limitation of Liability
• Nan Solutions acts as a facilitator in managing insurance & takaful claims but does not
guarantee claim approval, as the final decision lies with the respective insurance or
takaful provider.
• We shall not be liable for any losses, damages, or disputes resulting from the decision of
the insurance or takaful provider.
• Our services are provided on a best-effort basis, and we do not make any warranties,
express or implied, regarding the outcome of claims.

6. Fees & Payments
• Our service fees will be communicated clearly before proceeding with policy issuance.
• Payment for services must be made in accordance with the agreed terms.
• Any additional costs, such as legal fees or administrative charges, will be borne by the
customer.

7. Confidentiality & Data Protection
• Nan Solutions respects and protects the confidentiality of all customer information.
• Personal data provided by customers will only be used for claim processing and will not
be shared with third parties without consent, except as required by law.

8. Termination of Services
• Nan Solutions reserves the right to terminate or refuse service to any customer who
provides false information, engages in fraudulent activities, or violates these terms and
conditions.
• Customers may also discontinue our services at any time, subject to any applicable
fees for services already rendered.

9. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from
these terms will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts

10. Amendments to Terms & Conditions
Nan Solutions reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.
Customers will be notified of any significant changes via our official communication channels.
