Every refund request is verified and processed in 24 hours during business days.

You’ll receive a notification via email. Payment will be processed by banks.

4. Refund
Credited

You will receive the refund payment in 7 – 14 business days.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Clients or customers may request to cancel their policy if specific conditions are met. Cancellation may be permitted under the following circumstances:

Vehicle Ownership Change

When the insured vehicle is sold to another person or transferred through a used car platform

To proceed, clients must provide the following documents:
– e-Auto document
– New vehicle grant
– Photocopy of the IC
– Bank statement (for refund of premium or contribution, if applicable)

E-Hailing Requirements

Cancellation may also be allowed if requested by an e-hailing company due to the current
policy not supporting daily or yearly e-hailing coverage.

Blacklist or Summon Issues

Clients may cancel the policy after generation if the vehicle has an active JPJ or PDRM blacklist or summon that prevents successful roadtax renewal.
